How It Works

Coaching Step-By-Step

Whether you’re grappling with a personal block, feeling stuck in a routine, or navigating through a challenging phase of life, our coaching process is designed to guide you towards clarity, empowerment, and fulfillment.

Here’s how our coaching journey unfolds:

Step 1: Identifying the Stuck

You come to me with a block, a concern, or something undefined that you can't quite recognize yet. (And if you don't know what it is, that's perfectly normal.)

Step 2: Uncovering the "Something"

We work together to identify this "something," using some of the most powerful tools for inner and spiritual work.

Step 3: Defining or Starting

Once we've better defined it (or if we decide to start without a definition, that's also feasible), we begin our phone sessions.

Step 4: Setting the Long-Term Goal

We usually start with a medium/long-term destination in mind, with each session being a step towards that goal.

Step 5: Deep Connection in Each Session

Each session is a world of words, listening, moments of deep connection, silence, and realizations. It's something powerful, I assure you. You just need to be yourself, without filters or judgment, while I keep us on track. The direction is always yours, and we only go where you want, with calm and delicacy.

Step 6: Reflecting and Journaling

At the end of each session, we review your journey, including journal prompts to prepare for the next session.

Step 7: Road To Deep Awareness

Imagine each coaching cycle lifting one or more veils of "confusion," giving you more and more awareness. If, at the end, you feel like continuing to explore yourself, you can renew your journey with new steps and a new destination.
